Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

  • United States

Free Shipping (Canada Only)

We offer FREE standard shipping across Canada on orders with a subtotal of CAD $99 or more (before tax).

Orders under CAD $99 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time (Canada)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing.

Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

  • 1–2 business days

Rest of Canada

  • 3–7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or remote locations.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments (if applicable), customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

  • Include your order number and tracking information

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.
