Refund policy
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received.

The product must be unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging (including cables, keycaps, and manuals).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Customized items (e.g., custom-lubed switches or custom-built keyboards).

Gift cards.

Items on Final Sale or purchased with a clearance discount.
3. Damages and Issues (Defects)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you discover a defect in your mechanical keyboard or electronic device (e.g., unresponsive keys, faulty PCB, or connection issues), contact us immediately at Melabonline@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at Melabonline@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs

Defective Products: If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, MELab will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For returns due to customer preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
