Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

- Orders under $99 CAD: $9.99 CAD shipping fee
- Orders $99 CAD and above: Free Shipping
Express Shipping
Estimated total delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Flat rate: $19.99 CAD
🇺🇸 United States Shipping
Standard Shipping
Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Orders under $149 USD: $9.99 USD shipping fee
- Orders $149 USD and above: Free Shipping
Express Shipping
Estimated total delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Flat rate: $24.99 USD
U.S. Customs Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped to the United States will not be charged additional import duties at checkout. Where applicable, import duties will be handled by MELab as part of the shipping process, so customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery under normal shipping circumstances.
In the event of unusual customs requirements or circumstances outside our standard shipping process, we will contact you before shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of trusted carriers including:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Purolator
- USPS (for U.S. deliveries)
Final carrier selection is based on destination, delivery speed, shipping requirements, and available service options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Delays & Exceptions
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Peak shopping seasons
- Customs processing (for U.S. orders)
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

- Include your order number and tracking information
We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution where applicable.
